Boutique Hotel Alhambra Review, Loinj, Croatia

Room interiors in the villas mix retro-classical style with sophisticated décor details, such as Murano chandeliers, marble tabletops and wainscoting. Soft lighting is provided by the many table and floor lamps. In the newest wing of the hotel, rooms have more of a contemporary edge, adorned with Brazilian rosewood furniture, copper lamps, glass artwork by Croatian artist Mirko Zubak, and whimsical round bathtubs.

Many rooms include sea-facing balconies complete with sun loungers and/or patio furniture. All rooms feature iPads with an online concierge, interactive satellite televisions, pillow menus, walk-in closets and specially designed lighting featuring pre-programmed day, night and relaxation modes. A free non-alcoholic minibar is refilled each day, and suites boast capsule coffee machines. There's also a touch of glam in the white or black marble bathrooms, which also feature separate rain showers and tubs, bidets, double vessel sinks, luxury Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries and scales.
